Expanded mesh is a metal product made by simultaneously slitting and stretching a solid metal sheet or coil. This process creates a diamond-shaped opening pattern. Unlike welded or woven mesh, expanded mesh has no joints or seams because it comes from a single piece of metal.

2.What materials are used for expanded mesh?
Common materials include galvanized steel, stainless steel (304 and 316), aluminum, carbon steel, copper, brass, and titanium. Perforated metal offers a flatter surface and more uniform appearance.
