Stainless steel wire mesh is a metal mesh material made from 304, 304L, 316, 316L, and other stainless steel wires using hand-weaving, closed-loop, or open-loop techniques. It mainly includes two structural types: 7×7 and 7×19. The wire rope diameter ranges from 3.6 to 39 mm, and the mesh size covers 50×50 mm to 210×210 mm. It features corrosion resistance, impact resistance, high breaking tensile strength (0.63KN-9.04KN), and a service life of up to 30 years.

Application

There are two common styles of stainless steel wire rope mesh: one with snap fastener, as shown in Figure 1 above, and the other without buckle, as shown in Figure 2 above. Wire rope mesh with clips is more suitable for high-intensity applications, while the type without clips is more flexible and suitable for applications such as zoo fences, plant climbing nets, and interior decoration where both aesthetics and functionality are important.
